Say to yourself, "Today I Will..."
Rise early because no day is long enough for a day's work.
Compliment three people.
Make myself valuable to somebody.
Not lose an hour in the morning, and spend all day looking for it.
Tackle a problem bigger than me.
Make a small improvement in some area.
Change my thinking from TGIF to TGIT - Thank God It's Today!
Do at least three things that will take me out of my comfort zone.
Die to myself.
Give thanks for my daily bread.
Find something different to do.
Leave someone a little better than I found them.
Give my best time to communion with God.
Live by the Golden Rule so I won't have to apologize for my actions tomorrow.
Know that the place to be happy is here, the time to be happy is now.
Take small steps to conquer a bad habit.
Judge this day, not by the harvest, but by the seeds I plant.

mission trip to Puyipa, Chiapas, Mexico

Justin McFarland and Dr RA Evans will be organizing a mission trip to Puyipa, Chiapas, Mexico December 27, 2009 through Jan 4, 2010. Justin and RA previously visited Puyipa and the people there are looking forward to having educational training in English/Spanish and learning some vocabulary in the local village language of Choa. Maximum participation is limited to 10 people. Therefore there are limited opportunities to get involved. Complete trip costs $1200.00 which includes the flight out of Houston, 2 meals per day, rooms and transportation.

Trip activities include visiting Pastor Juan Alvaro in Chiapas, Mexico, conducting back yard club activities in Palenque, Teaching Spanish Reading Comprehension, prayer walks through and around San Cristobel, and local fellowship opportunities.
